Shipping, pre-orders and returns

Every hoodie is made to order after you check out. It ships within 8 to 10 business days, then takes 2 to 5 days in the mail.

Pre-orders

How it works: You pay when you order. Your hoodie is made for you, not pulled off a shelf. Stripe emails your receipt right away, and you get a second email with tracking when it ships.
Cancel: Within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your hoodie is already being made.
Running late: If it can't ship within 10 business days, I'll email you a new date. Keep the order or take a full refund, no questions asked. If you don't reply, I refund you automatically. You never lose money waiting on me.
Limited run: Each drop is small. If an order can't be filled, it's refunded in full within 3 business days.

Cost: $9 flat, anywhere in the US.
Where: US addresses only for this drop.
When: Ships within 8 to 10 business days of your order, then 2 to 5 days in the mail, tracked.
Address: Double-check it at checkout. If a package comes back for a wrong address, reshipping is on you.
Not delivered: If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, message me and I'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Size swap: Message me within 14 days of delivery. Send it back unworn and unwashed and I'll make your new size. You cover shipping both ways.
Damaged or wrong: If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, send a photo within 14 days of delivery. I'll replace it free, shipping included. This one is always on me.
Refunds: Each hoodie is made for one buyer, so made-to-order pieces aren't refundable after the 24-hour cancel window. Size swaps and damage replacements still apply.

Payment: Checkout runs on Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Your info: I only collect what's needed to fill your order: name, address, email and order details. I don't sell it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
